The OBE teaching method is guided by students' learning outcomes, and it can feedback the continuous improvement. Based on the OBE teaching concept, this paper presents a continuous improvement method for college English teaching based on quantitative analysis of course objective achievement. Based on this method, the teaching effect of College English can be evaluated quantitatively, and weaknesses in teaching can be found to implement a closed-loop of continuous improvement. The methods presented in this paper can improve the quantitative evaluation methods of College English teaching quality and provide strong support for the continuous improvement of College English teaching.
