This investigation also contributes to stabilizing the yarn quality at the false-twisting production site. In this study, a disc-friction type model machine was used to evaluate the yarn conditions of false twisting with and without surging. It was observed that surging tends to occur at low drawing ratios and high-speed processing. In the addon twisting area, the number of twists, drawing quantity, yarn tension, yarn temperature, and heating time decreased because of the occurrence of surging. 摘要

假捻机的喘振会降低纱线质量。涌浪是纱线振动的一种现象,其产生的原因尚未明确。从纺织行业的角度厘清涌动的原因是一个重要的问题。研究浪涌的原因不仅有助于提高加工速度,而且有助于提高加工效率。该研究也有助于在假捻生产现场稳定纱线质量。本文采用圆盘摩擦型模型机,对有涌浪和无涌浪时纱线的假捻情况进行了评价。结果表明,在低拉伸比和高速加工条件下,易发生涌动。在加捻区域,由于发生涌动,捻度、拉拔量、纱线张力、纱线温度和加热时间均有所下降。这些结果反映了带喘振纱线的实际状况,证实了喘振与假捻工艺条件之间的相互关系。
