The decrease of CNV flow areas in eyes with dense-network CNV was more obvious than that in loose-network CNV (Z=3.686, P=0.000). \n \n \nConclusion \nOCTA is a reliable method to observe dynamically the strutures and quantified the blood flow area of CNV. 摘要

目的探讨光学相干层析血管造影(OCTA)在抗血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)治疗新生血管性年龄相关性黄斑变性(nAMD)中的作用及随访。方法回顾性分析郑州市第二人民医院2018年5月至2018年10月收治的33例nAMD患者的41眼。所有病例均采用玻璃体内注射雷尼单抗(IVR)治疗。所有病例均随访6个月。结果治疗后6个月,OCT和OCTA显示视网膜中央平均厚度减小(t=31.454, P=0.000), IVR后CNV血流面积缩小(t=4.117, P=0.000)。密集网状CNV组眼底CNV流面积减小较松散网状CNV组更为明显(Z=3.686, P=0.000)。结论OCTA是一种可靠的动态观察CNV结构和定量血流面积的方法。对nAMD的治疗及随访评价具有重要意义。关键词:退行性变,黄斑,年龄相关性,新生血管;血管造影术,10月;治疗,抗
