The X-ray diffraction results validate a complex composition of cobalt phases containing cobalt oxides and metallic cobalt with hexagonal close-packed and face-centered cubic phases. The results show that larger cobalt particles exhibit more face-centered cubic and less hexagonal close-packed metallic cobalt. 摘要

在连续纺丝篮反应器中研究了金属钴晶相对费托合成中钴催化剂催化活性的影响。在多壁碳纳米管载体上采用微乳液体系浸渍钴活性相制备钴催化剂。在微乳液体系中,通过水与表面活性剂的摩尔比从2到12的变化,制备了一系列不同粒径的钴催化剂。x射线衍射结果证实了钴相的复杂组成,其中含有钴氧化物和金属钴,具有六方紧密堆积的面心立方相。结果表明,较大的钴颗粒呈现出较多的面心立方型和较少的六边形紧密堆积型金属钴。实验结果表明,六方紧密堆积相分数越高的催化剂在费托反应中转化率越高。
