Both online and offline businesses are co-existing as opposed to the belief that online will drive the offline stores out of business, with the possible exception of bookstores, which are seen to be impacting on the closure of traditional bookstores. Online sales have become a key buzzword but the detailed analyses of how they fare, the highlights and the learnings would help in establishing a blueprint.
