Dimensions of the stator and rotor cores are calculated. It is shown that the magnetic flux densities throughout these cores remain closed to the flux density of B-H curve knee point of the ferromagnetic material characteristics. A new algorithm is proposed to determine dimensions of different parts of machine and it is used to calculate height of permanent magnet precisely. To show the suggested algorithm capability, a sample AFPM machine is designed based on sizing equations and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) is employed to validate these design formulas. 摘要

本文建立了基于解析法的轴向磁通永磁(AFPM)电机的施胶方程。计算了定子和转子铁芯的尺寸。结果表明,这些磁芯的磁通密度与铁磁材料特性的B-H曲线拐点的磁通密度保持接近。提出了一种确定机床不同零件尺寸的新算法,并用于精确计算永磁体高度。为了验证该算法的有效性,基于尺寸方程设计了一台AFPM样机,并采用有限元分析对设计公式进行了验证。并进行了完整的仿真研究,给出了部分结果,以验证施胶方程的准确性。
