摘要

在低温冷冻条件下聚合制备了含脂质体的聚n -异丙基丙烯酰胺(PNIPA)冷冻液。该低温凝胶具有孔径20 ~ 30 μm的高孔隙结构。含脂质体的低温凝胶的壁厚大于不含脂质体的低温凝胶。观察了脂质体在低温凝胶中的结构变化和聚集。证实了磷脂的固定化和脂膜在低温凝胶中的动态特性。含脂质体的低温凝胶对l -色氨酸具有手性识别能力。采用含脂质体的PNIPA低温凝胶对l -色氨酸进行了选择性吸附。
