摘要

本文介绍了在东盟工厂4.0伊拉斯谟+项目下完成的部分工作,重点是在东南亚3个国家(泰国、老挝和柬埔寨)的6所大学的教育中实施工业自动化。介绍了项目任务的实施情况,涉及提高能力,更确切地说,是对亚洲大学教授的培训。根据计划的活动,鲁斯大学的教授为泰国朱拉隆功大学和老挝Savannakhet大学两所大学的教师进行培训。简要介绍了项目活动所包括的培训阶段以及其中有多少阶段已经执行。提出并分析了萨凡纳赫特大学教师实践培训的方案和任务,以建立必要的教学能力,并在工业自动化领域实施可持续培训。最后,提出了本项目下亚洲高校师资培训的结论和未来发展方向。
