DEVELOPMENT OF VARIETY OF LOWER PASSING TRAINING USING BLIND PASSING MODEL ON ATHLETS VOLLEY BALL YEAR 2019/2020
The development of a variety of under-passing training using the blind passing model aims to improve the athlete's under-passing ability. Variations in blind passing training can also make it easier for the coach to maximize the athlete's underpass technique. This training variation is well designed to be easy to perform and reduce athletes' level of boredom during training. The research method used in this research is the research and development method. The population of the assessment in this research were 6 experts, namely 2 sports experts, 2 trainers and 2 linguists. Design variations of the training that have been made in advance and validated by 3 experts, namely 1 trainer, 1 sports academic, and by 1 linguist, where the validity percentage results are at 75% - 78%. The results of the product trial involved 1 trainer, 1 sports academic and 1 linguist, where the validity percentage results were at 80% - 83%. The results of the trial use involved 6 experts, namely 2 sports academics, 2 expert trainers, and 2 linguists, where the percentage of validity was 82% - 90%. From the results of the design validation assessment, product testing and usage trials above, it can be concluded that the 20 training variation models are valid. This training model is very useful for improving under-passing skills and making training more interesting and as input for coaches in volleyball clubs throughout Indonesia.
