摘要

采用电子束熔化法将碳纤维(CF)增强热塑性聚碳酸酯的一侧包裹在Ti中,采用空气热压法将碳纤维(CF)的另一侧包裹在聚碳酸酯(PC)中,成功制备了碳纤维(CF)增强热塑性聚碳酸酯与钛(Ti)之间的接头,该接头具有广阔的纤维界面诱导的极大摩擦力。接缝的抗拉强度高于有胶接缝和无纤维自发接缝,从而表现出极高的安全水平。
