摘要

以ROLAND 700单张纸胶印机的上墨系统为例,通过计算机仿真的方法,分析了不同图像覆盖区的油墨源通过上墨系统向承印物传递的墨膜厚度分布,提出了高图像覆盖区的油墨由于振动器的振荡会流向相邻的低图像覆盖区;它导致高图像覆盖区域的油墨不足,低图像覆盖区域的油墨过多。纸张上油墨厚度从高图像覆盖区到低图像覆盖区变化是连续的,但不是单调的,因此需要对喷墨辊上的输出油墨进行补偿。
