Highly significant and positive relative heterosis, heterobeltiosis and inbreeding depression were recorded in most of the crosses. 摘要
采用紧凑家族块设计、3个重复杂交4个棉花杂交种(P1、P2、F1、F2、BC1和BC2代),在2017-18年收获了16个产量和产量性状的杂种优势。多数杂交均表现出极显著的正相对杂种优势、杂种优势和近交抑制。在单株棉籽产量方面,4个杂交组合均表现出正的、极显著的相对杂种优势、杂种优势和近交抑制,表明非加性基因作用在单株棉籽产量及其性状遗传中起主要作用,其中杂交组合III (GShv 362/12 × PA 812)杂种优势效应最高,在单株独角体、平均铃重、单株皮棉产量、发芽率、单株棉籽质量、单株棉籽质量、单株棉籽质量、单株棉籽质量、单株棉籽质量、单株棉籽质量、单株棉籽质量、单株棉籽质量等方面均表现良好。绒毛指数,纤维细度和纤维强度。
