Phenolic compound obtained from extract of Saputangan leaves were 36.96 gram where the result was obtained after maceration, partitioning and evaporation processes. Antibacterial of phenolic compound was observed based on inhibitory zone diameters of phenolic compounds formed using paper discs with a diameter of 6 mm. The diameters of the inhibition zone against Escherichia coli bacteria are 8.1; 8.5 and 9.7 mm larger than the diameter of the inhibition zone in Staphylococcus aureus bacteria at 7.3; 7.8 and 8.5 mm. 摘要

用植物化学筛选法鉴定三叶提取物(Maniltoa grandflora (A.Gray) Scheff)次生代谢产物,结果显示酚类和萜类化合物均呈阳性。酚类筛选试剂为5% FeCl3,萜类筛选试剂为10% H2SO4中1% CeSO4。采用琼脂扩散法对三叶提取物进行抑菌试验。经浸渍、分馏、蒸发等工艺处理,得到的酚类化合物为36.96 g。以直径为6 mm的纸盘形成的酚类化合物的抑菌带直径为基础,观察酚类化合物的抑菌作用。抑菌带直径为8.1;比金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌带直径大8.5和9.7 mm,为7.3;7.8和8.5毫米。则可以认为,DMSO提取的酚类化合物浓度为(0.25;0.50和1.00 mg / ml)的抑菌强度在中等水平,其中对金黄色葡萄球菌的平均抑菌带为7.87 mm,对大肠杆菌的平均抑菌带为8.76 mm。
