In this paper we outlines the development of a web application prototype using JavaScript programming language, JavaScript based libraries such as BugOut and PeerJS, and the WebRTC (Web Real Time Communication) framework. We have also discuss the brief comparisons between the existing centralized applications and our proposed model.
