In this paper, a kind of inspection robot is proposed, which can replace human to complete inspection task, so as to reduce cost and improve the reliability of inspection work. The robot chassis has omnidirectional movement feature in structure. In functionally, the robot adopts temperature humidity sensors DHT11, gas pressure sensor BMP180 and smoke sensor MQ-2 to inspection computer room environment. Furthermore, kinematics analysis and MATLAB simulation were carried out on the omnidirectional mobile chassis of the robot; the environmental detection function of the robot was tested by experiment. 摘要

近年来,大数据产业发展迅速;数据中心机房已经成为所有企业的重要组成部分。为了保证设备有一个安全稳定的运行环境,对机房进行检查是必要的。传统的人工检测方法存在效率低、质量差、成本高、功耗大等缺点。本文提出了一种检测机器人,它可以代替人类完成检测任务,从而降低成本,提高检测工作的可靠性。机器人底盘在结构上具有全向运动特性。在功能上,机器人采用温湿度传感器DHT11、气压传感器BMP180、烟雾传感器MQ-2对机房环境进行检测。对机器人的全向移动底盘进行了运动学分析和MATLAB仿真;通过实验验证了机器人的环境检测功能。结果表明,该机器人能够实现全方位移动和环境检测功能。
