摘要

以明胶和海藻酸盐为壳层,以氯化钙为交联剂,采用凝聚技术对柑橘酸橙油进行微囊化。对搅拌速度、搅拌温度、芯壳比进行了优化。采用粒径分析仪(PSA)和扫描电镜(SEM)对微胶囊的结构和形状进行了表征。测定了微胶囊的收率、粒径分布、含油量、载油量和包封效率等性能。在芯壳比为0.49、转速为600 rpm、搅拌温度为35℃的条件下,可制得性能较好的LOs微胶囊,效率为46%,含油量为78%。
