Children were classified in 3 groups according to their response at week 14 (W14) (1) remission, (2) clinical response or (3), no response. The factors recorded at W0, W2, and W6, which were associated with remission at W14 were analyzed using a logistic regression.\n\n\nRESULTS\nAmong the 111 patients included, 74.8% patients were responders to IFX at W14, including 38.7% in clinical remission and 36% with partial clinical response.
