摘要

目的观察单次玻璃体腔内注射康宁治疗糖尿病性黄斑水肿(DME)的近期疗效。方法回顾性分析嘉县妇幼保健院2015年10月至2017年12月收治的37例42眼DME的临床资料。所有病例均采用单次玻璃体腔内注射。分析注射前后的视力、中央黄斑厚度(CMT)和荧光素眼底血管造影(FFA)。结果术后1天、1周、4周视力明显改善(P<0.05), CMT明显降低(P<0.01)。治疗后4周FFA数据显示11眼无渗漏,28眼渗漏较少,3眼无明显变化。总有效率为92.86%。结论玻璃体内注射可在短时间内改善视力,减轻黄斑水肿。关键词:水肿,黄斑,糖尿病;概念,注射,玻璃体内注射,单次;功效
