The effects of color sensitivity, feed rate and sample size were analyzed, and a second-order reaction model was obtained based on the analysis of regression and statistical methods and R and p-value were 99.56% and < 0.001. Optimum recovery was 94.1% under the conditions of color sensitivity, feed rate and particle size of 32%, 200 kg/h, and 33 mm respectively. The recovery of actual experiment was 93.8%. 摘要

介绍了一种废旧汽车保险杠碎片的颜色分选回收技术。颜色分选是利用相机和图像处理技术,对重力和粒度分类中难以分离的材料进行颜色分选的一种创新方法。采用Box-Behnken设计的反应面法对实验进行了规划,得到了最佳条件。分析了色敏度、进料速度和样本量的影响,通过回归分析和统计方法建立了二级反应模型,R和p值分别为99.56%和< 0.001。在色敏度为32%、进料速度为200 kg/h、粒度为33 mm的条件下,最佳回收率为94.1%。实际实验回收率为93.8%。实验数据与预测值吻合较好,验证了模型的正确性。
