This requires companies to be more creative in carrying out their business activities. This study aims to identify the effect of service quality and promotion on consumer purchasing decisions for Bakso Aci Mas Jay. This research uses descriptive and confirmatory research methods and quantitative methods. This study used primary data from questionnaires and secondary data obtained from Bakso Aci Mas Jay. The population in this research is the consumers of Bakso Aci Mas Jay. The research sample used accidental sampling, so that a total of 100 illustrations were obtained. The results of the analysis based on the coefficient of determination of service quality and the influence of promotion on purchasing decisions are 52.1%, and the remaining 47.9% which is influenced by other aspects not listed in this study. Based on the results of the analysis, service quality (X1) does not significantly affect purchasing decisions (Y). 摘要

当今日益激烈的商业竞争要求企业更加积极地吸引和留住客户。这就要求企业在开展业务活动时更具创造性。本研究旨在探讨服务品质与促销对消费者购买决策的影响。本研究采用描述性验证性研究方法和定量研究方法。本研究的主要数据来自问卷调查,次要数据来自Bakso Aci Mas Jay。本研究的人群是Bakso Aci Mas Jay的消费者。本研究样本采用偶然抽样,共获得100幅插图。基于服务质量决定系数和促销对购买决策影响的分析结果为52.1%,其余47.9%受到本研究未列出的其他方面的影响。根据分析结果,服务质量(X1)对购买决策(Y)没有显著影响,促销(X2)表明其对购买决策(Y)是否有显著影响。
