The sample of this research was part of the Economic Education students at Unirow Tuban in the even semester of the 2019/2020 academic year, amounting to 140. The data in this research were collected through a questionnaire and documentation, then analyzed using path analysis. The results showed that online learning media had a positive direct effect to quality of learning by 10%, and had an indirect positive effect on the quality of learning by 4,2%. 摘要

本研究的目的是:1)了解电子学习/在线学习媒体对Unirow Tuban经济教育学生学习质量的直接影响2)了解学习动机对Unirow Tuban经济教育学生学习质量的直接影响3)了解讲师能力对Unirow Tuban经济教育学生学习质量的直接影响4)了解网络学习媒体通过学习动机对优诺图班经济教育学生学习质量的间接影响;5)了解讲师能力通过学习动机对优诺图班经济教育学生学习质量的间接影响。本研究的样本为uniow Tuban大学2019/2020学年双学期经济教育专业的部分学生,共140人。本研究采用问卷调查法和文献法收集资料,并采用通径分析法进行分析。结果表明,在线学习媒体对学习质量的直接正向影响为10%,对学习质量的间接正向影响为4.2%。学习动机对学习质量的直接正向影响为13.6%,讲师能力对学习质量的直接正向影响为73.7%,通过学习动机对学习质量的间接正向影响为8.4%。关键词:学习动机,讲师能力,在线学习媒体。
