摘要

本研究旨在描述学生在课堂上进行讨论时,在与他人交谈时使用的礼貌表达,而不是在学习环境中。研究者采用描述性定性方法,并以记录作为唯一的工具。本研究的被试为sman5 Barru高中二年级学生,共21名学生。本研究结果表明,影响大学生礼貌交际的因素有情境、地位、年龄、文化、性别等。学生表达礼貌的常用方式有两种,即提问和命令。
