摘要

本文的目的是分析和比较计算流体动力学(CFD)对离心泵叶轮的计算模拟结果。模拟了三种叶轮:1)原叶轮,2)出口带分流叶片的原叶轮;3)进口带分流叶片的原装叶轮。分离器占主叶片长度的30%。采用ANSYS-CFX软件系统在1500rpm转速和不同流量下进行了模拟。假设湍流模式为剪切应力输运(SST)。计算结果用于建立叶轮叶片水头曲线,并给出了叶轮内部的压力分布和流线特性。验证了分离器叶片的插入降低了叶轮叶头,其中以带出口分离器的叶轮降低幅度较大。
