摘要

本文对化学成分(% wt.)为(C: 0.20, Si: 0.0079, Mn: 0.778, P: 0.0156, S: 0.058, Cr: 0.021, Al: 0.035, Cu: 0.012, Ni: 0.0075)、厚度为3.3 mm的低合金钢气罐元件焊接头进行了试验研究。最后在920±10℃的温度下进行正火退火热处理。本工作的目的是研究重要参数-电压V的影响。本焊为埋弧焊颗粒助焊剂作用下的埋弧焊。所考虑的表征原理包括改变电压V,电压V在31 V和36 V之间。如图所示,该物理参数直接影响焊缝中碳含量、钢的结构成分和力学性能(σ和HV 0.3)。
