摘要

研究了一类具有时变时滞的离散切换正线性系统的指数正观测器的设计问题。利用线性矩阵不等式给出了系统在平均停留时间切换下的充分指数稳定性判据。然后,根据稳定性结果,建立了指数正观测器存在的充分条件。算例表明了所提结果的有效性。
