摘要

本文介绍了一种采用批量生产技术印制的3位无芯片RFID标签。提出的结构是基于类偶极子结构,其中三个偶极子符合一个标签。在PET基板上制作了几个无芯片RFID标签原型,并在2 GHz至5 GHz频段内进行了测量。与已经报道的使用喷墨打印的印刷标签相比,该提议的标签是使用丝网印刷技术制造的,该技术可以在很短的时间内快速批量生产标签,具有~10微米厚的导电轨道。仿真与测量结果吻合较好,在发射功率为3 dBm的情况下,读取距离可达1 m。所获得的结果证实了低成本印刷标签在大众市场上的应用。
