The word cloud method helped for the qualitative part of this research. The findings of this research show the positive role of E-learning environment on the employability skills and job opportunities of the students as per the labor market demand. This study is less explored in terms of assessing the role of E-learning and employability of business students in Saudi Arabia. 摘要

就业能力、技能和就业机会是解决就业和国家发展问题的主要因素。技术的快速变化和提高迫使大学为学生在不断变化的工作环境中竞争做好准备。本研究试图分析电子学习对学生就业能力、技能和就业机会的影响。采用混合逼近法。样本中包括387名学生进行定量分析,随机抽取20名校友进行定性研究。本研究采用了多变量分析技术,并利用IBM-AMOS的结构方程建模技术对结果进行了检验。词云方法有助于本研究的定性部分。本研究结果显示,电子学习环境对学生的就业能力、技能和就业机会有正向作用,且符合劳动力市场的需求。本研究在评估电子学习和沙特阿拉伯商科学生就业能力方面的作用方面探索较少。因此,本研究对于提升大学电子学习环境,提升学生的工作技能,具有重要的参考价值。
