Possibility of using cytotoxicity to differentiate Y. pestis into virulent and avirulent w f as experimentally proven. The data obtained was comparable with LD 5 o for mice and did not contradict molecular-genetic characteristics of the strains. Conclusion. 的目标。研究不同毒力鼠疫耶尔森菌菌株对人全血白细胞的细胞毒作用。材料和方法。采用15株鼠疫菌进行研究。用流式细胞荧光仪记录DNA直方图。结果。利用细胞毒性将鼠疫杆菌区分为毒力型和无毒型的可能性已得到实验证实。获得的数据与小鼠的ld50相当,并且与菌株的分子遗传特征不矛盾。结论。提出的方法可以获得可靠的结果,并为评估鼠疫杆菌菌株的毒力提供了前景。
