摘要

目的探讨飞行中过度换气的发生机制及对策,为其预防、监测和飞行安全训练提供参考。文献资源与选择本领域的研究论文、综述和专著。文献引文引用国内外发表论文44篇,专著6部,科技报告3份。综述了飞行中过度换气的发生率、机制及对策。对飞行过度通气的未来研究进行了展望。结论飞行中换气过度发生率高,仅从临床症状上难以与缺氧区分,易被忽视。提高对飞行过度通气的认识并进一步开展研究,对提高飞行效率、保障飞行安全具有重要意义。关键词:换气过度;飞行安全;机上无能力;缺氧
