摘要

随着中国城市化进程的加快,日益增长的交通需求和大规模的封闭社区加剧了城市交通拥堵。本文研究了社区开放对路网结构和周边道路通行能力的影响。首先选取平均速度、车流量、平均延误时间和排队长度四个指标来衡量交通容量。其次,建立Wiedemann汽车跟随模型,利用VISSIM软件对社区周边道路交通状况进行模拟。最后,以深圳为例,对轴向式、向心式和集约式四种封闭式社区进行了模拟比较,并对开放式社区的可行性进行了分析。
