Nele discutimos algumas tendencias presentes no pensamento educacional brasileiro sobre a tematica. O argumento da neutralidade da tecnologia, o discurso tecnocentrico persistente e a dicotomia entre as visoes instrumental e critica sao recorrentes nas fontes consultadas. Adotamos a abordagem dialetica para a analise das relacoes entre a educacao e as tecnologias. \n \nPalavras-chave: Educacao e tecnologias. Estado do conhecimento. Tecnocentrismo. Abordagem dialetica. \n \nAbstract: the present article is grounded in a research clipping which aimed to identify and analyze the development of the subject \"education and technologies\" in the theses presented in postgraduate programs in education from 2008 until 2013. Here we discuss some tendencies which are present in the Brazilian educational thinking about that matter. The argument of the neutrality of technology, the persistent technocentric discourse and also the dichotomy between the instrumental and the critical visions, they are all recurrent points in our research sources. We adopted the dialectical approach for the analysis of the relations between education and technologies. \n \nKeywords: Education and technologies. Knowledgefare State. Tecnocentrism.
