Task decomposition model, task efficiency model and task allocation model were established. The auction actuator node decomposes the task into a plurality of task elements according to the task decomposition model; The actuator node inputs the task element into the task efficiency model, and calculates the efficiency of the completed task element; The auction actuator node comprehensively selects the best task allocation scheme according to the task allocation model.
