摘要

针对中国在历史建筑保护与重建中存在的问题,提出了历史建筑绿色修复的概念,并简要总结了历史建筑绿色修复的发展历程,阐述了历史建筑绿色修复的优势和发展的必要性。从WRS的角度,梳理了当前中国历史建筑绿色修复的优势和劣势,以及外部机遇和威胁。运用层次分析法对开发要素结构进行优化。并将社会共识、专业技术、标准实施体系、资金支持和社会资本抽象为中国历史建筑绿色再生发展的五大核心要素及其相互作用。本文结合中国历史建筑五种利用类型的特点,对相应的重要发展因素进行分类分析,并结合国内绿色再生效果较好的历史建筑案例,进一步提出两种模式的相应发展建议。
