摘要

利用热弹性位移势和基于轴对称弹性理论的米歇尔应力函数,分析了两端和一端受限的层合复合材料有限空心圆柱体的热应力分布。在数值计算中,研究了层合复合材料有限空心圆柱体的热应力分布。澄清了钢瓶末端限制对热应力分布的影响。并将分析结果与纯应变法的结果进行了比较。可以看出,在受限端附近,内筒与外筒之间的应力差增大。环向应力和轴向应力在气缸界面处不连续分布。在平面应变理论的情况下,界面处的环向应力差异是最小的。为了验证,对应变进行了测量,分析结果与实验结果吻合较好。
