A path analysis was used to verify the predictive relationships of the interpersonal teaching style on competence satisfaction and thwarting of basic psychological needs with the motivational climate mediation. The direct and indirect relationships of the model are presented. The importance of the motivational climate as a mediating effect between the interpersonal teaching style and the satisfaction and thwarting of the students’ competence has been demonstrated. 摘要

摘要本研究旨在探讨人际教学方式对高等教育学生学业能力满意度和挫败感的动机氛围中介作用。研究设计为观察性、描述性和横断面,采用方便抽样。354名大学生参与调查,其中男性占59.6%(男性=21.84;SD=1.98),采用人际关系教学风格、教育动机氛围、基本心理需求满足程度和基本心理需求阻碍程度量表。通过通径分析验证人际教学方式对能力满意度和基本心理需求挫败的预测关系,并通过动机性气候的中介进行验证。给出了模型的直接关系和间接关系。动机氛围在人际教学风格与学生能力满意度和挫败感之间的中介作用的重要性得到了证明。掌握氛围对自主支持对胜任力满意度的正向预测具有更显著的中介作用。
