Therefore, the developed product is suitable for use as a packaging material except for food packaging. 摘要

本文报道了以不同重量的聚己二酸丁二醇酯(PBAT)和木薯淀粉(CS)为原料制备的可生物降解挤出薄膜及其包装性能。在PBAT中加入CS后,薄膜特有的红外吸收峰的峰位和强度都没有发生变化。因此,将CS添加到PBAT中完全是一个物理过程。实验结果表明,CS含量的增加使复合材料的抗拉强度、断裂伸长率和抗撕裂性能降低。选择“30% CS”含复合薄膜作为优化组合,因为它具有成本效益,同时获得所需的物理性能,更适合作为包装材料。然而,“30% CS/PBAT”样品表面残留的总体迁移量不在可接受范围内(<10 mg/dm2)。因此,所研制的产品适合作为食品包装以外的包装材料使用。因此,挤压工艺需要进一步改进才能用于食品包装。
