摘要

碳酸镍的原料一般采用niso4和nicl2。在生产的碳酸镍中,碳酸镍表面和内部会生成na2so4和NaCl,降低了碳酸镍的纯度。根据这类杂质的去除程度,可以生产出高纯碳酸镍。本研究以镍MHP溶剂萃取法制备NiCl 2为研究对象。根据镍盐与碳酸盐的当量比,根据碳酸镍的洗涤还原碳酸镍中的Na和Cl,根据洗涤水温还原Na和Cl的条件制备了高纯碳酸镍。
