摘要

目的评价高频无线电波电切结膜膀胱手术的有效性和安全性。方法回顾性研究11例采用高频无线电波电手术结膜膀胱切除术的患者,随访至少6个月。简单地说,使用高频无线电波电手术(Ellman Surgitron;Ellman International, Inc., Hewlett, NY)在切割模式下。然后使用无齿钳通过开口取出囊肿而不破裂。回顾了患者的医疗记录。结果11例患者结膜创面均在1周内愈合,无并发症发生。在6个月的随访中,没有发现任何患者复发。结论结膜膀胱切除术辅以高频无线电波电切术是一种安全有效的方法。
