摘要

本文在分析高校客户的基础上,运用系统动力学(SD)对高校客户关系管理(CRM)决策机制中关键成功因素之间的关系进行建模,寻找相对最佳决策,并以H大学为案例进行仿真研究。这种系统化的数据处理方式为提高高校CRM决策质量提供了一种新的思路。
