摘要

一套电能质量指标包括Pst指标和电压波动指标。这两种测量方法都描述了电压变化。然而,它们的性质不同。这导致了不同的诊断能力。因此,电能质量评估应综合运用这两种方法。采用这种方法的后果之一是可能将电压波动指数重新计算为Pst指标。本文给出了这种重新计算的一个例子。在此过程中,采用了低压电网记录的测量结果。所选的例子展示了Pst指标恢复质量仅为中等的情况。结果表明,计算结果与实际Pst指标值基本吻合。为了更深入地了解示例,还沿着电压波动指数和Pst指标使用了最大和最小均方根电压值。
