摘要本研究实证考察了服务型领导对工作绩效的影响,并注意到创新工作行为的中介作用和公共服务动机的调节作用。通过对在越南地方政府工作的361名公务员的调查,对研究框架进行了测试。研究发现,仆人式领导对工作绩效有显著的正向影响。这种关系在一定程度上受创新工作行为的影响。此外,研究发现公共服务动机正向影响创新工作行为,并强化其与服务型领导的关联。其管理含义是,公共管理者应提高公务员的公共服务动机,采取服务型领导。并对今后的研究提出了建议。
