This study aimed to determine the form of community participation in implementing school-based management at SMA Negeri 2 Mataram. This study uses a qualitative approach using a case study form. Data sources in this study are school committee principals, committee secretaries, committee treasurers and members aware of community participation in implementing school-based management. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and study of documents/documentation. Data analysis techniques used the interactive model \"Miles & Huberman\". 摘要
. 本研究旨在确定SMA Negeri 2 Mataram实施校本管理的社区参与形式。本研究采用案例研究形式的定性方法。本研究的数据来源是学校委员会校长、委员会秘书、委员会司库和意识到社区参与校本管理的成员。数据收集技术包括观察、访谈和研究文件。数据分析技术采用“Miles & Huberman”互动模型。研究结果表明,社区参与在SMA Negeri 2 Mataram实施校本管理的形式有:1)学校委员会作为一个意见提供者,在RKAS的制定、特殊计划和教育管理中以输入和建议的形式发挥了积极的作用。2)作为支持,以筹集公共资金的形式资助实施教育,支持学生开展学院的旗舰项目。3)作为控制者,在制定RKAS时控制会议进程,控制学校的教与学活动。4)校委会作为联络人,在制定RKAS、旗舰项目、教育管理等方面积极提供意见和建议。
