摘要

简要介绍了刀具状态监测的重要性,从理论上推导了主轴电流与刀具磨损的关系。本设计的测试电流信号检测系统,通过实验得到主电流和相应的刀具磨损数据,采用最小二乘法拟合得到两者之间的线性关系。通过余量的标准差计算,检验公式的准确性。
