Without reducing the structural strength, the weight of the whole and single module is reduced, and the disassembly process is simplified. Through the lightweight design and research of the track trolley, a set of combined track electric trolley loading platform suitable for metro maintenance and inspection is formed. 摘要

针对地铁维修检查中需要转移少量人员和小型设备的问题,在现有一体化轨道电车的基础上进行轻量化设计与研究。采用组合式结构设计,优化了模块间的装配方式,可由人力短距离吊装,大大提高了作业区域的可达性;采用差动驱动方式取代传统的固定轴驱动方式,提高轨道车对地铁线路的适应性;利用有限元软件对主体结构的静强度进行了计算和分析。在不降低结构强度的情况下,减轻了整体和单个模块的重量,简化了拆卸过程。通过对轨道电车的轻量化设计与研究,形成了一套适用于地铁维修检测的轨道电车组合装车平台。它具有子模块携带、现场组装快速、运行方便可靠、运行稳定、现场分解迅速、撤线时间短等特点,为地铁维修检修提供了通用的便携式小型移动平台。
