Through simulation calculation, the decision results under different information conditions are analyzed. 摘要

本文研究了不同信息环境下工程建设项目中由业主和承包商组成的施工供应链中业主的质量监控决策和质量保证金扣缴策略。以质量监控水平和质量保证金留存为业主决策变量,信用水平为承包商决策变量,当业主质量监控成本和承包商信用为非凹非凸函数时,得到对称信息下业主质量监控决策和质量保证金留存策略的最优解。利用极大值原理推导了不对称信息和不完全信息。通过仿真计算,分析了不同信息条件下的决策结果。有助于提高业主质量监控的有效性和可靠性,实现预期的质量控制目标和质量效益。
