Case Presentation: A 25-year-old female patient with abdominal pain was referred to the radiology clinic for abdominopelvic computed tomography (CT) with oral and intravenous contrast. On CT images, the right renal vein was absent. The drainage of the right kidney was through the upper pole to the suprarenal vein and thereafter to the right gonadal vein and the inferior vena cava (IVC). Some suprarenal veins were drained to the superior mesenteric vein via collaterals. The IVC diameter, especially the intrahepatic portion, was decreased. 摘要

右肾静脉缺失是一种非常罕见的疾病。本研究报告一例右肾静脉缺失,由肾上极引流至右肾上静脉,再汇入同侧性腺静脉。病例介绍:一位25岁的女性腹痛患者被转介到放射科诊所进行腹部骨盆计算机断层扫描(CT)并口服和静脉造影剂。CT显示右肾静脉未见。右肾引流经上极至肾上静脉,再至右性腺静脉及下腔静脉。部分肾上静脉经旁支引流至肠系膜上静脉。下腔静脉直径,尤其是肝内部分减小。结论:右肾静脉缺失是非常罕见的,据我们所知,从上极引流到同侧性腺静脉的病例在以前的文献中还没有报道。
