Symptomatic Encapsulated Fat Necrosis: Unusual Cause of Abdominal Pain

We present a case of a patient with two encapsulated fat necrosis intra-abdominal in a patient with a history of three caesarean sections who consulted for abdominal pain. Encapsulated fat necrosis intraabdominal is thought to result from a traumatic or ischemic insult that causes degeneration of intra-abdominal fat tissues; in turn, the necrotic fatty tissue organizes within a thin or thick fibrous capsule.
