The study was conducted with the document analysis method. The study group consisted of eighteen OSLEGs prepared by the national education directorates in the provinces of the Black Sea Region. First, it was determined that there was no content Çorum’s OSLEGs were more narrow; Bolu, Düzce, Gümüşhane, and Kastamonu’s contents were poor; and Bartın, Sinop, Tokat, and Karabük’s OSLEGs were very weak since the subject-learning outcomes could not be established at a sufficient level.
