摘要

本文以某多级往复压缩机系统为研究对象,利用马尔可夫方法对其冗余度进行分析研究,提高系统的可靠性。在马尔可夫方法中,通过建立状态空间模型,推导所有状态的概率方程来评估可靠性。利用MATLAB对所建立的方程组进行了进一步求解。考虑系统中不同部件的恒定故障率和修复率。采用备用冗余,提高系统可靠性。基本系统模型,即模型1在10,000时的系统可靠性值[公式:见文]h为0.1252,在模型4中使用备用冗余,不修理时增加到0.6428,修理时增加到0.9374。这项工作将有助于制造商,用户,研究人员和其他人通过应用和实施所提出的方法。
