The initial level of maternal depressive symptoms had a negative impact on the rate of change in maternal depressive symptoms. Mothers' depressive symptoms showed not only the mothers' own depression problem. but also the self-effect and counterpart effect of depression on the fathers' depression problem. The rate of change in maternal depressive symptom mediated the relation between the initial level of parental depressive symptoms and children's receptive language, internalizing/externalizing problems, and school adjustment. 摘要

本研究同时考察了父亲抑郁症状与母亲抑郁症状之间的纵向关系。本研究亦发现父母抑郁症状对小学儿童语言发展、问题行为及学校适应的影响。本研究使用韩国儿童4 -8岁(2011~2015年)的面板研究数据,使用潜在增长曲线模型,有助于检验变量之间的纵向关系差异。样本对象是1754对父母和孩子。结果如下:父亲抑郁症状的初始水平对母亲抑郁症状的变化率有积极影响。母亲抑郁症状的初始水平对母亲抑郁症状的变化率有负面影响。母亲的抑郁症状不仅反映了母亲自身的抑郁问题。抑郁症的自我效应和对应性效应对父亲抑郁问题的影响。母亲抑郁症状的变化率在父母抑郁症状初始水平与儿童接受性语言、内化/外化问题和学校适应之间起中介作用。因此,为了学龄儿童的健康发展和学校适应,需要父亲和母亲共同参与抑郁症的预防和干预项目。
